Orders are processed during business hours only, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm CST.  Please allow 24-48 hours from the date of transaction for orders to be fulfilled. If you decide to cancel your order, please email us at info@rosy.world. Only orders which have not shipped may be cancelled.


We are proud to offer free shipping to our customers residing within the USA.  For international orders, shipping will be charged based on the courier's rates and customer's preferred delivery time. Please note, ROSY will not be held responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged when delivered to the mailing address specified in the order.


Your happiness with our products matters. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return to ROSY within 30 days of the order shipment date for a full refund to the original form of payment. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping fees. We do not issue return postage or labels.
